Shevonne Joyce

A Versatilist, who thinks sideways while building forwards.

Shevonne [she/her] has 2 decades of experience across human resources, leadership development, business strategy, brand, projects and change.

She has worked for well-known brands like PwC, NEC Australia + Aconex (now Oracle). She has also been named a top business thinker by smartcompany, alongside Naomi Simson + Mark Ritson.

She is a frenchie dog + jumping spider lover + is secretly obsessed with the Ghost Hunters show.

Shevonne is learning lingual in French. If Shevonne was a dance, she’d be the Macarena!

Eva Husted

CHANGE PARTNER

An energetic, nerdy, optimistic problem solver + potential realiser.

Eva [she/her] is a multidisciplinary consultant across strategy, ethics, inclusion, HR, L&D, OH&S + financial management.

With a clever Autistic mind, she’s commercial + personable. Her passion is pulling apart problems + processes to make them more efficient, cost effective + impactful.

Eva is secretly obsessed with reading terrible romance novels. If she was a dance, she’d be the jive!

Enkfi Saviero

A strong mind for detailed analysis; a stronger heart for justice, equity + inclusion.

Enkfi [he/they] identifies as a Disabled, Autistic, Trans, Black person. They can turn sound investigative work into meaningful + practical designs and solutions.

Enkfi is knowlegable, calm + nurturing in their approach.

Enkfi has experience working with Hue: Consulting, Plan International, YWCA, Medecins Sans Frontieres + ACOSS. They have also run their own business in the arts.

Enkfi speaks French + Mauritian Creole + is secretly obsessed with gothic literature.

If they were a dance, they’d be the Sega (the traditional Mauritian dance).

Jakob Woods - Huxtable

Jakob [he/him] is passionate about curating experiences focusing on connection + inclusive cultures, as well as facilitation + workshops where people feel seen, valued + present.

He is refreshingly straight forward, genuine, witty + has an amazing knack for getting to the heart of it.

With experience at leading brands like BUPA, Latrobe Uni + CPA, Jakob is expertly placed to lead your good change.

He is (not so) secretly obsessed with Avatar – The Last Airbender. If he was a dance, he would be the Apple dance!

Houratious Albert

TECH FLUENCY PARTNER

Master of translation between business, people + tech.

Houratious [he/him], or Horay as he is known, is so much more than a great tech guy.

He is thoughtful, approachable, knowledgeable + passionate about business, people + tech, with his skills culminating into the spot where all the worlds ‘collide.’

He brings amazing experience from organisations like Telstra + Realestate.com.au.

Horay now runs his own consulting firm + is working with electro: on a project basis to ensure our work remains at the forefront of the tech era.

Horay is secretly obsessed with philosophical + psychological podcasts. If he was a dance, he would be flamenco.
